Meeting Yourself:

Your Guide

This isn’t a session with your therapist - it’s something far more personal. It’s a meeting with yourself.

Are you curious to meet this person?

Would you trust yourself, lean on your own advice, and truly listen?

If you spent the next five years doing exactly what you’re doing today, where would you end up?

Wherever you are right now, don’t miss one of the most important appointments of your life - show up and honour the time of your highest self. Let it take you by the hand, step by step, and guide you toward the life you truly want to create.

The Self-Awareness Gap: Reality Check

The statistic that 95% of people believe they are self-aware, while only 10-15% actually are, originates from the research of organisational psychologist Dr. Tasha Eurich. Her studies highlight a significant gap between perceived and actual self-awareness, emphasising the importance of developing a true understanding of oneself. (1)

Dr. Eurich's findings have been discussed in various publications, including the NIH Record, which notes that "almost everyone thinks they’re self-aware but only about 10-15 percent of people have achieved the status."  (1)

Understanding this gap is essential for personal development, as self-awareness plays a pivotal role in effective decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal relationships. By acknowledging the potential disconnect between how we perceive ourselves and how we actually are, individuals can take proactive steps toward genuine self-improvement.

From Self-Awareness to Self-Creation

Transitioning from self-awareness to self-creation requires more than just recognising our current patterns; it demands a deliberate shedding of the old self to make room for the new. As Tony Robbins aptly states, "The strongest force in the universe is a human being living consistently with his identity." (2)

This inherent need for consistency can tether us to outdated self-perceptions, hindering growth. To truly recreate ourselves, we must consciously release mental, emotional, social, and physical elements that no longer serve us.

Maybe you don’t have the mindset of your future self yet. You might not have the thoughts, the habits, the social life, the health, the wealth, or the appearance of the version of you that you aspire to be. But here’s the real question: do you even have the space to hold all of that?
